LOW CPC Problem. Looking for solution

Hi. I have traffic from all over the world on my website. but my cpc is always in range of 0.05 - 0.08usd. I also tried high cpc keyword targeting. Wrote articles on high cpc keywords but no effet. please someone guide me and tell me the solution,
Adsense account is 3 years old.

Farther and deeper into your site an Adsense banner ad is located, the less it costs to click on it. Make sure you put keywords on the main pages of your site so Adsense shows ads on them. You can also try to increase the number of external links: that is a link to your site on other sites. Google takes this into account and adjusts the price per click.
You have traffic from all over the world, but exactly how many people per month are visiting your site? Maybe $0.05-$0.08 is good enough for your site?

i have like 20k pageviews per day with 5-8% CTR in adsense. but CPC is very low. As i saw others account they got CPC of 0.50-1usd on average from 3rd tier countries. but i cant understand, why this issue is with me?

Try reducing number of ads on your site. More there are, the lower the price per click.

Problems with clicks on Adsense are always solved individually, through experimentation. Everyone has their own advertising setup, so there may not be a one-size-fits-all solution.
I searched for more information and found an interesting experiment: man has several sites linked to Adsense. He removed ads from less popular sites and after a few weeks it helped him. It is believed that less popular sites reduce cost per click on more authoritative sites. This isn't first time I've seen this method, so it may well help you if your 3-year-old Adsense has multiple sites connected.
 
Sir you need traffic from Tier 1 countries like US/CA/AU/NZ/UK
 
The majority of your traffic may be from T2/T3 countries

Not really the issue , let's say you have a website with high CPC keywords and you buy cheap traffic from T1 countries , you think the CPC will rise ? Def no
and no one really know the answer , you will only find just some members repeating what they did read
From what i see it it"s something related to the conversion of the clicks , google rank the websites (internal thing) and give the best CPC to the most potential website that will convert that click (so they stay the best converting network) .
If its that easy anyone can make some cure for cancer blog (or rent/credit score ...) and send some T1 traffic !!
OP give it time and write on your niche and don't target keywords that are not related to your website , eventually the CPC will rise as google will see conversion from your end (again , no one know , but just my point of view) , i might be new to the forum but i did read a lot about this matter , and its really all a matter of sense

Actually it is partially the answer.

You need to focus on 1) Getting traffic from tier 1 countries.

And 2) focus on getting traffic that is targeted and interested in high CPC niches because people will not actually see ads your website is about, more than likely they'll see Re-targeting ads from advertisers and you ideally want those re-targeting ads to be in a high CPC niches.

But I'm no expert. Just my two cents. Figure out how to solve those two things and your CPC will go up.
 
Let's take download websites as example (downloads.com / cnet / filehippo ...) I bet you will never see that niche in the high paying CPC course/video/articles ... , i actually saw a similar website CPC (a freaking $1.2x) , because they are targeted , people looking for a software , download a trial or demo or whatever and they actually buy the software , the advertiser will like that and will bid on that specific website even more $ .
while it's known that download websites have low CPC its the exact opposite
Wondering what the CPC will be if someone convert most of his visitors clicks (will cost a fortune , but it will be a nice case study )
