anyone knows what place to buy cheap websites? like less than $50 per site, with some content and its already indexed in google, the site has traffic or not, do not matter.

Its not possible (Domain and Hosting price is around $30-$35). I don't tell The design of the website and keyword research. I have and fresh domain, Hosting with the ready website. you can PM me If you interested

I understand, but what i'm looking is something like dummy sites, but 100% looks legit, no need for generating rev from it.

I think some people will make you something for $50 if you give them domain and hosting access..

Probably installing a template (nulled), making a quick logo and some spun content in there which shouldn't take more then 2h (if hosting isnt really slow and properly setup).

Don't expect quality work for the price tho.

I have a fresh website with complete design(without content). Note: The domain is an exact domain, if you are interested, you can check this.

Maybe try flippa but to save time you are better buying the hosting and domain yourself and pay someone to do so, most likely the person doing this would be from India or another country with similar hourly rates

It can be possible if you provide the domain and hosting by yourself. One can do is create one layout and use the same one on your all websites a minor color changes can be done. That's all. So you need to make a choice if its going to be service websites or blog sites. The spun content will be used and only a fixed number of posts per website.
