Hi All,

I've had my Blogger blog for a number of years (2006) and only use it to grab recipes.

Recently — every time I try to bring up my old blog — it shows the pink site for not even a second and then it immediately changes to the attached black screen.

It will probably work for you but I need it to work for me.

I've tried to bring it up on IE, FF, Chrome. I've also tried it on an additional computer not connected to my own.

URL: fastrecipes.blogspot.com

I cannot remember my UN or PW.

Can you please help?

Vic

That's probably an ad which does the redirection, if you install/enable an adblocking solution (e.g. uBlock Origin) in your browser, it won't redirect anymore.

This: https://www.blogger.com/forgot.do doesn't help much unfortunately, if you don't know the email address.

Opens up just fine on my android (which has no adblockers).

Don't see any ads or redirection.

Maybe you entered the wrong address when trying it on your system or something.

I tried, it redirects on desktop Chrome without adblocking and on my Android tablet too with no adblock. Maybe it's a georedirect, but it's there for sure, which goes away with enabled adblocker. The site might have been compromised, if it wasn't OP, who put that ad/redirection there.

Hmm maybe so. Am in India so could be possible the ad is not geo-redirecting for third world countries (most ads aren't aimed for this demographic).

I appreciate your input!

I hope that I've included a thank you to everyone's response. But if you have anymore thoughts, please share!
