Some got affected and some got benefited. if your blog is high quality article then no Google updates effect your blog and its main motive to release the update is to tackle illegal activities or traffics.

Try to add fresh unique content and back-links.
Try to use niche edits and pbns those will help work good.

I've added more contents, disavowed spam links, yet it gets worse daily. I'll try out the pbn link suggestion. Thank you.
