Lost Impressions

hey guys as you can see in the screenshot i lost impressions in my acc
so i had this account for a while but it wasn't that good so i left it for a while then when i came back i deleted everything and started new niche and the first post now is 104k
as you can see from the pic the first 2 week were good but suddenly the 104k post stopped at 104k and just everything else stopped
and i used to do 30-50k a day to 3-5k a day (impressions)
so tell me guys what i should do and is this normal or not an is the account gonna be good again !!?

It doesn’t mean your account is dead, but it needs a re-warm strategy to gain trust again.

If you didn't change anything about your usual posting patterns, frequency, quality, etc. it could be a shift on the algo's side. Good to identify if it's possibly from your end or not first. If you have a completely separate spare account (which is nice for control tests like these) you could try searching up your main's @username and see if it pops up or not. If not, it's a shadowban. Just throwing out some ideas here, you could cut back on posting aggressively (and don't delete posts, it doesn't help as far as I'm aware). You could get some engagement flowing again if you comment or interact with larger accounts for a while.
Also, if you're automating, consider a scheduler with a reasonable pace of activities over several hours. If you're running at scale, rotate patterns. It goes a long way.
