Lost Access to skype.

I at the moment can't get access to my skype account and I have no way to use the phone number for the account at the moment so I am wondering if their anyway I can get access back to this account or my yahoo account by using a program?

Is there an email associated with it that you can access? Or maybe a security question?

If not, the answer is probably no. You could try contacting Microsoft support though, maybe they have something similar to hotmail account retrieval where you can answer questions about your account in order to regain access...?

Was 2FA enabled?

I'm not sure about Skype, but for Yahoo if you added an alternate email address before you locked yourself out, you can send the access key there too, not just your phone. You follow the onscreen instructions, they will ask for the phone number, but you don't actually need to send the code there, after you typed it in correctly, you can skip to the next step and ask the access key to be sent to the alternate email address (what you can access hopefully ).

If 2FA was enabled, backup codes were generated, if you have those, you can use any of them to regain access.
