You guys should really give a reason why the EPC drops almost 50% from time to time on a traffic source that I have been using for almost 2 years now. Either there is some issue in the backend or you are shaving really hard, this wasn't the case a few months back and all your manager says is that "everything looks normal", yeah 50% decrease in earnings randomly looks pretty normal.

The specific issue with your traffic source is that a lot of the users are under the age of 21. From time to time you have more or less users under the age of 21, so your ratio is changing based on that percentage.

Hello, it is a smartlink, so you cannot select specific offers to run. The smartlink automatically shows the best offer based on our proprietary algorithm. Carrier is one of the factors considered when selecting the offer to show. Hope this clears this up a bit.
