I have 3 months old website for the start all was perfect keywords are going up but before a monght and a half i started to losing keywords in USA but the kewords worldwide are growing. I one month i have dobuled my keywords worldwide esspecialy Europe with the same content ( no new created ) but i lost the keywords in USA. I have keywords in to 10 in Europe but no in USA. What can be the cause for this. Is it a penalty.
P.S before almost 2 months i made changes in all post titles.

I got the same situation here, 2 of my main ranking keywords were lost overnight with the Core Nov 18th update.

On the same hand, All the keywords which were lost on ENG results gained momentum on non-English sites.

Try searching the URL directly on Google US. See if it shows any results. Do the same for Non-English results.

US google is toughest to rank. Build a strong backlink profile.
With all things equal make sure you are using American English throughout the content and set the target country as usa in gsc.

It's not the freshest article but maybe can help you to find out what and why happens.
