I've always believed that a key to success is to surround yourself with others who have similar goals as you.
My goal here is to create a group of 3-5 people that would get together and share ideas about how to get sites ranked and make money online.
I believe the benefits of such a group would be:
Added motivation.
Share tactics and methods.
Support during frustration.
Game plan clarity (talking things out with others will help avoid mistakes that can be costly)
Testing out new ideas (exp: I have what i think is a top converting page and method for converting and id like to share it with others for feedback)
Tactic Review (Every see something new and want real opinions on it?)
For a few years now I've been into SEO and I think if i had a team with me or even some good seo friends I would be light years ahead by now.
The first site I made was alliancevinylgraphics.com
I was working for this company at the time and in the first year it made them over $30,000
Now i want to crate my own site and make my own money.
