I always see peoples looking for cheap labor for various tasks like forum posting, article writing, data entry jobs, link building, directory submissions etc. and it'll be a good idea to have a whole team of workers in your hand at a location where labor is cheap and a contact approached me with this idea before but we never went with it but the idea seems to be worth a try.
If you need a team of workers to work for you or want to act as a vendor providing these services to third parties then I can get a bunch of peoples, 30-40 and even more who would work at dirt cheap rates over here. I am well experienced in IM myself and can train them in person for various tasks as and when required and supervise them along the way.
It'll mainly be your business and you will be responsible for initial salaries of the workers and getting work for them and you'll be taking most ( if not all ) of the profits.
