Looking to partner with an emailing expert

I am looking to partner up with an emailing expert that can inbox at a high rate.

I have proxies emailing software and a huge list of emails that target different affiliate offers.

At the moment I am having trouble inboxing though.

I am interested in doing a revenue share agreement or I can pay a set weekly amount if inboxing stays consistent.
