I am looking for some high end work to be done.

I am very used to working on outsourcing projects through Odesk and stuff, but im looking for different quality. I want someone who can create an interactive experience for my customers. I want something unique clean and an attention grabber.
I own a pest control company and i have a rough start of the look I can show you.
It is the color scheme we like, but everything else besides logo needs to be created. I want someone who can communicate with me on skype and i can see the updated work being done so i can be an integral part of the process. I need the site to function on all platforms and all browsers. I expect some form of animation as long as we make sure the loading doesnt intrude on the users experience in terms of wait time.
