Looking to Hire a Adwords/Facebook expert

I'm looking for someone who knows the cat/mouse game with the Adwords and Fb Ads. I'm willing to pay 10% of my adspend per day for your help. I'm spending anywhere from $800 to $1K per day. This must be hands-off for me I just want someone to get me targeted traffic from Adwords/Fb so I can focus on running my businesses as I am owner of 2 small supplement companies. I don't have time to keep up with that game so I will pay you for that.

There is potential for lot's more here, this is just the beginning.
