I was thinking to do giveaways on twitter and using some social media influencers on Twitter + Youtube both but what else one can do to market a good nft project?

Remaining options are Email or SMS marketing. But when there are giveaways i dont think you need much promotions flood will come by default

that's fine but I think NFT Genre will work best in YouTube (Videos + Shorts) only as it's display thingy

I did not do NFT marketing but in general you can buy advertorials from magazines and blogs that are popular in the niche.
So that they advertise your project in an indirect way in the form of blog post or editorials.

You would really need a big budget for that and it depends on the platform too. I'm actually in the same stage as you are

YouTube influencers overcharge. The results are almost never worth the price. Twitter influencers provide a much better ROI.

Hey where would I get these services? mass DMs seem hard to find now other than IG which dont work and I cant find the other services

Price fluctuates, depends what project you are looking to advertise. Been working with lots of projects. For some of them $1k investment was incredible, but for others was not

I also am wondering the same. I have a good nft project as well. Been giving giveaways on twitter. There is no ROI there. There is only few people that follow you and that's all. Probably thinking of doing mass dm's and yt advertising.
