Looking to form an Offshore Company.

I'm a literal newbie so kindly be patient and take me through the whole process. Which country will be best for hosting a company to forward my money to that i'm making through an adult website. And then If possible- legally, send it to a company in India. What documents will i require, how will it work out, how much money would the whole process cost from base to finish, how much time it'll take and lastly who's the trusted website/person to do this with because there are a tons of scammer when it comes to this. Forgot the most important thing to mention. Can this whole process be done anonymously? If not then is there a possible way to conceal the identity so there's no legal way to bring out my name even if things go south?

Whenever you make a transaction like that, there will be a paper trail. You may be liable for taxes in India. Why do you need to move the money to India rather than keep if offshore? Usually setting up offshore entities costs $1k-10k, depending if you do a lot of work yourself or you hire someone to do it. Wiring money between countries can be simple, but the higher amounts get, the more you may draw attention to yourself. Better consider a different strategy, imho, like an offshore credit/debit card and use that for spending or ATM. You can use proxy or nominee to register your company, but adult business will have more restrictions, higher costs, etc. Haven't looked into adult for a while, can't remember which jurisdiction was best for it. Laws are published, lots of research is possible if you take time to read and understand. Otherwise you pay for lawyers.

Thats somehow tricky, this was possible before this covid19, but now it is very risky to keep your money away from your mattress LOL, let alone keep it in a different country that may go bankrupt and take your hard working $$. Setting up an offshore company is very complex and you may mess up something and then you get in troubles, keep the money where you live for now, pay the stupid taxes ... unless you are Apple or Amazon size.

Paying taxes is not a problem, i'd be open to pay them. Problem is i can't open an adult company in india because it's simply illegal. If you know any trusted websites who can do it then let me know. I'm pretty sure paper trail can be covered up with an extra step. Problem is i have no idea which trusted companies are there if any and how much would it cost. Any information would be appreciated!

Fair point; that said, it's not worth considering any banana republic if you're not willing to take on the risk (there's enough stable jurisdictions). But if fiat currency goes sideways, it doesn't really matter if you have the banknotes in your mattress or just ones and zeros somewhere online. OP is from India, look the demonetisation of 2016-17: it wasn't even a Wall Street crisis or pandemic, Modi just decided to change banknotes overnight and millions in Bank of Mattress savings were lost.

What options have you come up for yourself Shammy? Have you researched jurisdictions you might want to base your operation? Do you have a shortlist of that and other requirements? How much do you think this will cost and what's your budget?
