Looking to buy leads

I'm looking for warm leads meaning leads from landing page and no email blast lead only organic or ppc lead on pain relief or arthritis pain or chronic joint pain back pain and need help fixing that pain.

I will be needing them on a long term basis and will need to have to sample at first.
