Looking SEO expert

Looking for SEO expert who can rank my newly blog. Any SEO method is ok. The blog is only 3 weeks old and as per google webmaster tools the ste is already indexed. Please note total budget for this project is only $200 USD. I wont hire or entertain if someone try to sell their monthly seo package. I am targeting total 5 keywords.

I don't mind answering specific questions if you have any... You can skype whenever am online. Do your due diligence with this deal and try not to get scammed.

Op to be frank, SEO is not a short term process. Need to optimize your on page seo and keep building links until you achieve the desire result. So, I don't think $200 will get you that much effective result. I would suggest you to increase your budget little high.

Well, if you want to see effective results then you have to increase your budget. As you said blog is newly built so $200 is not really worth to bring organic traffic. Best of luck if you find someone within your budget. Thanks
