Looking For Youtube Lucky Draw Apps

I am looking for lucky draw automation apps / softwares for Youtube. Requirement: must subscribe channel and like 1 video (video about announcement of the lucky draw) at Youtube.

1. Is there breaking the T&C of Youtube or not?
2. Any apps / softwares which automatically check the requirements and draw winner?

A winner will get gift (physical stuff).
