Looking for Wordpress scraper

Hello,

I've been looking for a wordpress scraper but I cant find one. I need a plugin or something that will open a real estate site and scrape all the listings. It need to update automatically.

Other features:
- I have to filter some of the listings (this is done by filling out the search form)
- Listings must be divided into categories
- listings can be posts/pages

It's always cheaper to buy an already existing product rather to pay for the custom one.

If I can't find an existing product I'll have to hire a coder.
 
You've got me email. I'm always open for custom coding too.
 
Still haven't found the answer to this. Contacted 2 coders but didn't get any response. If any of you can code a plugin PM me!
 
How do you trust a freelancer, I've been screwed by a some, a few years ago...
