Looking for Wordpress scraper

Hello,

I've been looking for a wordpress scraper but I cant find one. I need a plugin or something that will open a real estate site and scrape all the listings. It need to update automatically.

Other features:
- I have to filter some of the listings (this is done by filling out the search form)
- Listings must be divided into categories
- listings can be posts/pages

It's always cheaper to buy an already existing product rather to pay for the custom one.
