Looking for WordPress account creator

Hi, does anyone know working Wordpress account creator which would automatically create WordPress accounts if site list and email account (POP3/SMTP) is given?

You can make this all from php .

It not hard at all.

You dont even need woordpress to do this and best of all it all free.

It seems that it isn't what I'm currently looking for. I'm interested in a program which would create an wordpress accounts when list of sites are provided. Then it would automatically verify registered accounts using email POP3 account details. Similar to many web 2.0 account creators but in this case for custom wordpress installations (not wordpress.com but dedicated WP websites).

I could create it myself in Python for example, but wouldn't want to re-invent a wheel if there already is a similar application.
