Looking for WooCommerce Product URLs Suggestion

I am currently working on a WooCommerce store and thinking of removing "product" part from the products links. I am doing this in order to shorten the length of my links. Would it be a good practice or should I keep the product part in the url which comes by default in WooCommerce?

Current Product URL Example: mydomain.com/product/my-product
Planned Product URL Example: mydomain.com/my-product

I don't believe this is a major problem for you. You wish "product" to keep in your URL. Please keep the product in the URL because this isn't a big deal.
