Hey,
I'm looking for a partner to help me develop and run a web development community site. I'll share the url after very serious offers received, since I don't wanna look like I'm advertising it.
We talk vBulletin source and management. The website is up and running and is not that big as a community. This is a free-will devotion and volunteer position(so we talking IT love and self-improvement action) I want you to feel yourself confident with it before you contact me. Some neat requirements:
* Enforcing the forum rules and debate etiquette guidelines.
* Assisting in determining the proper management.
* Assisting in encouraging sign up's, promotions, contests and bring and or/stimulate strong website activity.
* Assisting and realizing in brainstorming new ideas that will improve the website.
A few criteria:
1. Must be at least 18 years old, preferably older and US time zone(if not, he/she must be extremely reachable).
2. Must be well-informed and/or interested in web development and design, seo, and the other topics featured at the website.
3. Must be open-minded. One thing I stress at my website is the importance of civil and reasonable debate. There are no "winners" or "losers" in a debate--the purpose of debate is the advancement of knowledge. You must keep this in mind and attempt to encourage such civil discourse.
4. At least a basic understanding of using vBulletin and its moderating features (coding and/or design).
5. Fluent English and professional management manner.
