Looking for website developer to add a new function tool

Hi All,

my site is currently is the processing of being redesigned and is nearly finished but i need an extra function added to the site. if there is anyone who is very skilful is web design and programming that can create a referral function on my site which does all the below functions please let me know.

referral function must auto generate unique referral codes every time someone signsup to the website and also the function option that allows customers to put in referral code at checkout to allow administrator to monitor who's referred who etc.

thanks for showing interested all. i have emailed the developer to let me know which language the website was designed in, someone of you will now be thinking why dont he just get the developer to add the function i would if their wasnt a middle man in between which raises the cost.
