Looking for Web Designer(s)

Hi,


I own web design company and because I have large demands on designs I'm looking for one or two experienced web designer(s). I don't need a team, I need individuals who are able to accept projects on weekly basis. Here are the requirements:


- Must know CSS3, HTML5, PHP, JavaScript
- Must know designing templates for WordPress and be familiar with WordPress coding ethics
- Must know designing static website templates
- Must have good portfolio of clean, responsive and high quality designs (I DONT NEED generic templates)
- Must accept payments over Skrill (MoneyBookers)
- Must be availabel over Skype
- Since some projects will have sensitive deadlines and strict quality standards, I need designer who is not overbooked with work.


Bonuses for those who:


- from Europe (because I'm from Europe too and can easily be in touch with you)
- know Bootstrap
- good with english language
- familiar with SEO
- ability to handle multiple projects and work quickly without sacrificing quality


Keep in mind:


- I will not accept web designers who are outsourcing their work to someone else. Designs MUST be your own.
- I will not accept designs bought from market place and redesigned. Also freeware templates are not allowed.
- You are not allowed to copy someone else work, however you are free to use them as source of inspiration.
- Once you send us your designs they will become our property and you wont be allowed to sell them or give away to someone else.
- If you break any from above two rules you will not be paid.


As mentioned above the payments will be done over Skrill and it will be sent to you once project is completed. The price will be agreed with you before you start the project. Those who prove themselves will get full-time job.
