My best advice would be trying different sources. do tests.try checking out DSPs in particular. Some DSP have their own RTB platform which are basically connected to ad networks and exchanges so there's a large chance that you could pay for affordable traffic also you can hyper target your audience or buy targeted traffic.

See if you can find traffic sources through Linkedin. Many traffic networks have their pages listed on Linkedin

you should scrape keywords based on the niches you want to advertise for and the country you are targeting.

India big traffic sources are various stuff you need to check for that like you can go with social media sites eg. facebook,Linkedin etc which can work you better.Also you can go with Top Blogging sites also to get good traffic.
