Looking for tool like YoutoobME, but for Facebook

So what I want is a tool that works a bit like YoutoobME, but for Facebook. What I want to do is do mass reporting of users for abuse. I want to LIKE comments in groups and make them rise in the lists. I also want to do mass commenting. I want to log in and out of 1000's of FB accounts. I want proxy support. Would also be great if this had Recaptcher support.

Any such tool available?

Might have gotten something wrong there. Do comment rise in the list when you like them? I never use FB usually so I don't know this stuff.
