Looking for Tinder API

Hello!
I am looking for an experienced developer to build an API for Tinder. The features are:
- the accounts are not allowed to get banned (must be humanlike)
- it should run in a docker image or similar (to start multiple instances)
- I would like to send messages to the match (atm I am using a rabbitMQ for that)
- I would like to send unmatch calls to a specific match (atm I am using a rabbitMQ for that)
- I would like to send "trigger swipe phase" (atm I am using a rabbitMQ for that)
- I need to be able to setup the location (on startup)
- I need to be able to setup a timer to run swipe phases
