They are using a custom theme. btc-echo.de ->/wp-content/themes/btc-echo/

it's custom theme, but you can find some similar themes on Themeforest. Choose wordpress category and Blog subcategory

It's a custom theme, if your budget allows you should consider getting a custom design made too.

It seems like your given site have a custom theme, i also checked it on online theme detector but there is also no result found. you can try some of similar theme which will be more better and efficient then your desired one. and i think you must not go to the exactly same theme there should be little difference
