I’m an eCommerce entrepreneur from Spain. Right now, my online stores generate around €100K/month, and I’m looking to connect with other people in Spain who are also building or running eCommerce businesses.

I started out working with the “Kit Digital”, a government grant program in Spain that offered around €6,000 per company to help small businesses digitalize their operations. Since it was completely free for them, everyone wanted to apply, so I ended up building websites and managing some of their social media, although the quality wasn’t always the best given the high demand.





At that time, I was working for a small telecommunications company, and I proposed the business model to my boss — we decided to launch it together to take advantage of the opportunity. To be eligible, the company needed to bill over €100,000 per year, so partnering up made it possible for me to enter the program and start implementing projects.





Getting clients was easy thanks to the popularity of the program, but keeping them loyal was much more challenging. Eventually, when the grant period ended, we began transitioning into a marketing agency, focusing on the clients who stayed with us.





Meanwhile, I’ve been building my own online community, with an Instagram account of over 10,000 followers and a Telegram group with around 700 active members. My next goal is to find the right way to monetize that audience and turn it into something more structured and sustainable.
