Looking for someone who can sell an app

App runs silently in the background and sends data of exact location (with GPS) and location within 100 - 200m without. Data is gathered with and without an internet connection and sent as soon as 3G / 4G / Wifi becomes avaliable. It does not require rooting and is relatively unique in an unsaturated niche.
Data received by server is then mapped on an interactive map in the browser.
Looking for someone who would wish to sell the app for a cut of the profit.

Of course a sim is required (it isnt really a phone without a sim card), GPS and wifi however are not. Data is gathered so long as there is a signal - and is sent whenever an internet connection is established.
