Looking for someone who can help me post with socks or proxy

I have a business in Belgium and i also want to sell in the Netherlands. When i register on some websites in the Netherlands i get a direct ban because i don't have a Dutch ip. When i use socks5 or a proxy i also get banned. I think those are on a blacklist.

Is there someone who can help me so i can post and do business over the border? I think i need an anonymous proxy or a clean socks5.
