Looking for someone to run FB ads for me

about a year ago I started running ads through my personal account for my clothing store selling my own branded clothing. For some reason Facebook restricted the account and this kept happening even after I sent them my I.d. I got so fed up that I made other accounts in order to run ads I now know this was stupid and I should’ve kept appealing. I’m now left with 4 ad accounts banned on my business manager and have no idea what to do. I don’t have the kind of money to spend on ‘aged accounts’ especially when a lot of the reviews for the websites I see are sketchy AF. Ideally I would love to just pay someone/service to run the ads for me as I only want to spend $50-100 dollars a day anyway. I am running google ads no problem but it is not enough for my business to go to the next level. I even tried to make a new Facebook account on a new laptop using a vpn and a different bank card and phone number and literally within seconds the account was restricted before I could even promote the ad. Any help would be much appreciated I’m new to all of this so posting on here was literally my last resort
