Looking for someone to run an Instagram account for a client

I have a semi-well known client who's Instagram I want to grow. I am looking to hire someone to bot on his account by using follow/like/comment. It would be on a month to month basis and we would want to see consistent growth. I don't have the time to worry about the changing limits and how to keep up with maintaining a bot. Give us your best rate to run it for the month and we will then evaluate a longer term relationship. He currently has 19k followers and follows about 1k.

To clarify - we would like to get him over 100k followers (real, active, liking, fans). Add me on Skype and give your best offers. We will expect a small sample (we can pay for it) before paying in bulk for the month.
 
Can you give a rough idea on how much you are willing to pay publicly, before I and others spend our time contacting you?
 
Just so you guys know, they also want you to do their work ahead of time before they pay you, or pay you on a trial basis. Just figured I would save people 45 minutes of their time.

Thats what I was expecting. Getting up to 100k takes tons of dedication. I would rather build up another account to that much, and make thousands from app downloads.

That sucks. IDK if it's worth it, on average how much are you willing to pay?

Actually not - imgurguru was only available to provide two screenshots of popular instagram accounts to justify his services. What we are looking for is someone who we could pay say 200/mo to bot this account. Shouldn't be much work, just gotta keep an eye on it. Imgurguru would not say how he would provide any new followers just that he would "go organic". We just asked him if we could pay for the first week to see if he can get the results he says he can. He refused and wanted $300 paypal which smelled fishy to us.
 
Also his own account which he said he worked on only has 6k followers and averages two likes per photo. This is why we were skeptical.
