For a better transparency and for not wasting your time or other member's here on bhw, you should post the site's size, type (e-commerce, content etc.) and your budget. Don't give exact details if you're uncomfortable to do that but a direction could be welcomed.

delivered 20+ kw's with low competition - didn't pay the 20$ he promised as he is having 'other commitments'. Also he was expecting a report with competition for the last 4 years and how the kw's are doing in google trends across the globe.

I gave you details that i didnt have the money on me at the time and you still did the job expecting me to pay? I wasnt expecting any type of competitor report as you suggested above. Thank you and goodbye.
 
Dude - I use my own tool for onsite but you can get a free report using woorank.com that is decent.
