Looking for someone to build 2 custom site scraper

I'm looking for someone to help build 2 custom site scraper.

Scraper 1

It needs to be able to do the following.

1) Scrape the outbound links from a post on a website
2) Check if the links is going to a merchant site
3) If it is, copy image, title, description, link to merchant site
4) Remove their affiliate code
5) Add in my affiliate code
6) Post to my social media accounts (ie, Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter)
7) Able to control the posting schedules

Ideally, it should scrape periodically (once a day).

How much would it cost and how long would it take to build?

Scraper 2

It needs to be able to do the following.

1) Scrape the updated post from a website (RSS available)
2) Check if the title/description contains certain keywords
3) If it is, copy image, title, description, link to original site
4) Add in my affiliate code
5) Post to my social media accounts (ie, Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter)
6) Able to control the posting schedules

Ideally, it should scrape periodically (once a day).

How much would it cost and how long would it take to build?
