Looking for somebody who can do Surveys

Hey, I am looking for somebody who can do surveys for my class project. I have to get 20 Surveys for a Restaurant called Wendy's in Canada. I will share more details about store in DMs. But I want those surveys go through and get registered because right now I am trying to do it through my phone or my friends phone and they are not getting registered. But they are going through because if a customer does it by simply googling and entering a detail, we get a email.
