What are your requirements for socks?
City targeting, good amount of proxies and the targeting should be able to extend (if possible ofc and if the proxy isn't down). Just like socks.bz

On the BHW marketplace, it’s not just private individuals -- you’ll also find legitimate, fairly large companies. And many private sellers have very presentable websites as well.
It seems like there are far more significant criteria for proxy quality than just whether the seller has a website. It really would be helpful if the thread’s starter listed those specific criteria.
