Looking for Shopify Expert

Looking for a shopify expert to help me change my not for profits shopify store. I did the store but don't feel it's very good looking and can't seem to get it right. Color schemes, display of product etc.

Not sure what the cost would be but if someone could help me go through and suggest things to change or even changing the whole theme. I'm okay with just about anything.

Our mission statement is every sale we make helps us create more vocational opportunities for those in need. I can go in detail of what we do if need be but for now the shopify store is mainly to sell some product our workers make.
