Does anybody know of a serious payment provider with the appetite to process payments (V/MC/AMEX, etc.) globally, specifically from the US, and settle offshore (outside the US). The entity interested is a licensed sportsbook located outside the US so for obvious reasons they cannot use the traditional high-risk rails domestic gaming companies would use. We currently have PSPs that process our volume in a way that most processors would not be comfortable with...
