So here what I need. I have bunch of SEO and Growth hacking experience(mainly WH). But I need somebody who is better than me and somebody who knows tricks (WH or BH doesn't matter). So if you are amazing, then we can talk about it. Other than that lets not waste each others time.
Question:
What is your area of expertise exactly. What would you do for a eCommerce web site haven't done any SEO related stuff. Give me some draft pitch and I will talk to you on skype.

I need some one with a great SEO expertise who can boost quality traffic and social networking promotion. Work based on result since SEO is some thing every one can claim with out proving it.

travel is TOUGH and dont let anyone tell you otherwise. yes, it depends whether youre building a national or an international site, but lets assume its international in which case you really are in one of the toughest markets going.

how old is the domain - i.e. is it a new site and if not, how long has it been live?

how many pages have you already got indexed? how many kw's are you targeting? do you have any kw's already ranking in top 20 - if so how many? you're going to need a lot of content, who will provide it - you or the seo? would you want to do some of the work or do you want to outsource it all? when are you looking to see results? what would you describe as a successful outcome - i.e. what are your expectations at the end of the first 12 months?

and seriously, do you have a concrete budget or are you just scoping it out?
