Looking for SEO partner

Hello guys,

I'm a webdeveloper with a few clients who need monthly linkbuilding, currently I got 2 partners, the first one need 25-30 backlinks monthly, the second one 10-15 backlinks/month.

I'm looking for a SEO partner who can do the linkbuilding, I need high quality backlinks, of course.

I pay via PayPal at the end of every month when the partner sends me the report about the backlinks.

In the future I can get more SEO jobs, now I don't have any free time for linkbuilding.
