• The keyword you are targeting
  
• What type of SEO work you are doing currently (On-page, Off page)

Do some GOOD content marketing and start building some legitimate backlinks. If your on-page is bad, you probably need help there too.

I can certainly help you here if you have a few hundred bucks to spend. What are top rankings worth to you for this particular website / keyword you're looking to rank for?
