Looking for SEO expert

I'm looking for an SEO expert to help me rank my beat store website (i'm selling my instrumentals to music artists and rappers) on the 1st page of google for a few medium competition keywords (around 1,000 monthly searches) such as 'buy rap beats', 'buy hip hop beats' etc.
My website currently ranks on the 7th-8th page of google for these keywords.

If you think you can help PM me and let me know a general plan of what you can do to achieve this so i can see you're legit, how much you would charge and approximately how long it would take to achieve these rankings.
Or if anyone can suggest a specific seller or service on the marketplace that you think could help with this one or even offer a few free tips that would be appreciated as well.
