Hello. I'm looking for a good SEO expert that will help me get Top 3 ranking in Google. I did some link building on my own when I had the time and got myself to rank 12 currently. Need help to get into Top 3. The keyword phrase has 989,000 results on Google and has 5,400 monthly searches.

Prefer someone with good rep on the forums. Let me know what you can and your pricing. Thanks.

People with a reputation will not work for a fixed position unless you're willing to put a large amount of money on the table + you have said nothing at all about the competition.

I'm not looking for guarantee on fixed position. I understand that it'd be difficult to offer that. I said Top 3 because that is my goal and I would like a package that has a realistic shot of getting there.
