Hello. I'm looking for a good SEO expert that will help me get Top 3 ranking in Google. I did some link building on my own when I had the time and got myself to rank 12 currently. Need help to get into Top 3. The keyword phrase has 989,000 results on Google and has 5,400 monthly searches.

I'm not looking for guarantee on fixed position. I understand that it'd be difficult to offer that. I said Top 3 because that is my goal and I would like a package that has a realistic shot of getting there.
