Looking for Scraping Tool

Hi together,

I am looking for a tool which is capable of doing the following:
-I can enter a niche (tax consultant, lawyer, restaurant)
-I can then enter a location
-within this location the tool will scrape all results including email addresses into a CSV

Is there anything out there available doing this?

From which site would you like to scrap? I have written few tools using visual basic script and others
 
Which websites do you want to scrape? And if such a tool not available you want to create one for you?

Because scrapy and others are normally framework to Build the scrappers, not the install and run scraper.

Actually scraping from yellow pages (or the German version gelbeseiten.de/) would be perfect. I don't want to build an scrapper, I just want to run one.
Steps I want to do:
-Enter location (Berlin)
-Enter niche (Tax Lawyer)
-Result: I will get CSV with Name and email address

Problem: many of the business do not have email addresses there. So maybe someone knows a better solution?

I can create a script that you can run to get the name and email from yellow page . But don't have idea about the business without email in YP. Let me know
 
For Berlin yellow pages addon will be no use, but you can still make it work for you using standard options
 
For that:
