proxy-n-vpn and sslprivateproxy, both im currently using and are great the owners both are on BHW and they have affiliate programs around 20-30% last time i checked.

DONT use sslprivateproxy
I have had a horrific experience dealing with them.
They have no chat, they are very slow to answer tickets, and
if they don't want to answer your question, they will ignore you.
They wrongly accuse their customers of fraud, they should be sued.
I don't recommend, this is a horrific company!
Stay away, as far as possible!!
