if there is some rotating proxy service in which i can fix IP for longer time then it can work

In this case, you might be better off trying a VPN provider with several servers. And change the connecting server every few days. This if you need only one IP for that period of time.

But if you need multiple IPs, you are better off buying small proxy packages from several providers and use some proxies from provider A this week and next week use proxies from provider B.
