Looking for PPC or CPM ad networks with instant approval

I’m looking for PPC or CPM ad networks that give fast or instant approval so I can start testing campaigns without waiting days.
Preferably something:

• Easy signup and quick approval
• Works for traffic testing and affiliate funnels
• Has decent volume for scaling if things work

What networks are actually still approving quickly in 2026 and are usable for running real traffic campaigns?

propellerads, popads, admaven, adsterra all give fast approval and easy signup, good for push pop and cpm traffic testing, quality not best but ok for starting and testing funnels, later if something work then move to better traffic sources for scaling.

In my opinion try Propellerads or adsterra, they approve fast and are beginner friendly. you can start quickly with push or pop traffic and test campaigns without much traffic.

Adsterra, PropellerAds and EvaDav still give fast approval for testing traffic. CPA networks like CPALead and MyLead also approve quickly. Most people just use one ad network with one CPA network to test campaigns.

For decent volume and legit traffic that actually works, most of the solid networks are gonna have some kind of vetting process. For super fast initial testing, sometimes smaller native or pop networks can be quicker, but temper your expectations on quality and scale for truly instant access

Adsterra and PropellerAds are the most reliable for fast approval and quick campaign setup. Both work well for testing PPC/CPM traffic in 2026.

In addition to the monetization companies already mentioned, I would also add HillTopAds. Approval is very quick with minimal requirements, they accept almost all types of websites, and campaigns are primarily CPM and CPC.

From my experience, PropellerAds and Adsterra are two commonly used instant-approval PPC/CPM networks for quick campaign testing.

Really glad someone asked this because waiting days for approval when you're trying to test something kills momentum completely especially as a beginner when motivation is already fragile.
